We were briefed to announce the South African release of the 2014 Range Rover Sport on social platforms and create hype, excitement and exposure for the Land Rover brand. We had the opportunity to leverage our digital elements off the Range Rover Sport launch event to create engagement with the brand and obtain public opinion.

We did

To showcase the all-new Range Rover sport's dynamism, agility, responsiveness and speed an obstacle course was built through a stripped-out, decommissioned DC10. The 2014 Range Rover Sport carted members of the press on an obstacle course built through the fuselage of a decommissioned DC-10 – a first in South Africa.

Base2 told a multi-media story on social media to generate hype and excitement around the launch of this new exciting model.
